We had a great weekend, lots of activites for the kids and it managed to be quite relaxing as well. (Mentally relaxing that is..)

There have been advances on the home renovation front as well. Thanks to the combined efforts of our respective parents we can now boast a tv that is properly wall-mounted and a balcony that is free of junk! Well almost you see, next up is the bedroom. And we have a wardrobe there we are getting rid of.

If you want this fine specimen from the IKEA catalogue adorn your home, just let me know. Price is free, just please come and get it. There are no missing parts, everything is is good condition etc. It would be a shame to throw it away, also it would inconvenience me somewhat. Anybody?

I haven’t had a lot of time to blog lately, there are a lot of fun things going on. Not only because of the two lovely children that somehow made it into our home.

Its saturday again and that means a trip to the flea market at Vaksalatorg. There was very good activity this week, due to the great summer weather I suppose. I found a decent Pioneer vinyl player for 100:- complete with someones Star Wars stickers on it. Fun since I bought some oldies on vinyl during the summer without having any means to listen. L found a wine rack for the kitchen.

Meet Simon! After careful thought and consideration we have named our youngest.

It has been almost two weeks and we are in the middle of the new-baby-bubble. The lovely place you go to when you have just recieved a baby. The volume is turned down on everything else. There is however a huge difference this time around that spells Aron. Becoming a big brother at the age of two is not easy! We can tell that Aron is curious and excited about having a baby brother but most of the time he is asking us to make sure that Simon won’t be getting on the way of his plans “little brother can’t play with cars” “little brother can’t sleep in my bed” “little brother can’t eat my sandwich” etc etc.

These two weeks have not been very relaxing as you may imagine, these next days before I go back to work will be all about exercising morning routines. Get the little one fed, give Aron his contact lenses and get Aron to kindergarten AND be at work at 8am. It’s going to be a challenge.
